Shipping fees for home delivery in Finland start at 5,90€ for 2-5 day delivery window.

Please keep in mind that we are a small start-up business. We try our best to ship as soon as an order is paid. If your would like express delivery, please let us know in your message.

Exchange and refund policy:​

  • Variations in the appearance of cacao blocks is completely normal, since they are made without chemical stabilizers.

  • No exchange or refund on opened cacao packages unless they are faulty.

  • Closed packages can be exchanged or returned within 14 days.

  • We do not refund shipping fees.
